How to solve Certificate not found, load profile error with ADFS and STS

Go to IIS Manager with administrator permission
Open Application pool
Choose application pool which is bind with application (default Application pool in most cases)
Go to advance setting
Choose load profile true
Choose Identity
Choose custom action
Enter AD account admin user name and password
save
REFRESH browser 
Done
